1. About RevAI.ie

RevAI.ie provides tax information tools, calculators, and educational resources for Irish taxpayers. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Important Disclaimer — Not Tax Advice

RevAI.ie is not a tax advisory firm, accountancy practice, or financial advisor. The information, tools, and calculators provided on this website are for educational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.

Every tax situation is unique. Tax calculations are estimates based on publicly available rates from Revenue.ie and Budget 2026 announcements. Your actual tax liability may differ based on your individual circumstances, additional credits, reliefs, or changes in legislation.

Always consult a qualified tax advisor, chartered accountant, or tax consultant before making decisions based on information from this website.

3. Services

We offer both free and paid services:

  • Free tools: Tax calculator, tax rate reference, category-specific tax guides, and deadline information.
  • Paid subscriptions: Personalised deduction finding, expense categorisation, form guidance, deadline reminders, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in Euro (€) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Savings Guarantee

Our Pro plan includes a savings guarantee: if we do not identify at least €500 in potential deductions or tax savings for your situation, you may request a full refund of your subscription within 60 days of subscribing. This guarantee applies to the first subscription period only and requires that you have provided complete and accurate information about your tax situation.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure tax rates, deadlines, and deduction information are accurate and up to date based on Revenue.ie publications. However, tax legislation changes frequently and we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time you access it.

RevAI.ie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Revenue.ie, the Irish Revenue Commissioners, or any government body.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into our tools.
  • You are responsible for your own tax compliance and filing obligations.
  • You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including tax evasion.
  • You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on RevAI.ie is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, RevAI.ie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to incorrect tax calculations, missed deadlines, or financial losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@revai.ie.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
